Experience

Team Lead / Full-Stack JS Developer

@ TraffBand / SEO affiliate team

08.2025 / Present
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the front-end and back-end teams – set full-stack technical direction, own architecture across the platform, and mentor engineers to deliver a modern, performant, maintainable multi-tenant CMS.
  • Define and enforce engineering standards, code review, and CI practices (Conventional Commits, ESLint/Prettier, Husky + lint-staged, automated releases) across both teams.
  • Champion AI-assisted development across the org — drive adoption of Cursor and Claude for coding, and a local AI-powered code review workflow to raise code quality and delivery speed.
  • Build custom AI solutions on Cloudflare Workers for parsing, data extraction, and enrichment pipelines at the edge.
  • Architect and build the CMS admin SPA in React 18 + TypeScript on Vite – Ant Design + Tailwind + styled-components UI, TanStack Query + Zustand state, real-time updates over Socket.IO, and data viz with ECharts/Chart.js.
  • Design and own the Node.js/Express back-end: REST APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger), Sequelize/MySQL, Redis-backed job queues (BullMQ), background workers, and cron pipelines.
  • Implement authentication and authorization end-to-end – Passport (JWT/local) and session management on the back-end, with custom sign-in/up flows on the front-end.
  • Integrate AI and third-party services: OpenAI, Google Gemini/Vertex AI, Replicate, and Firecrawl, plus Slack, Telegram, Google Sheets, and email automation.
  • Build the static site-generation pipeline (Astro) that produces and publishes brand sites, with image processing (Sharp) and background removal.
  • Own quality and delivery: unit/integration tests (Vitest, Jest), E2E automation (Playwright), Sentry/Better stack monitoring, and Umami analytics.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure — deploy on Cloudflare Pages and operate Cloudflare Workers (real-time chat, proxy, auth service) via Wrangler; automate provisioning through the Cloudflare API.
  • Partner cross-functionally with designers, business analysts, PMs, and QA to align technical execution with product goals.

The portfolio pieces you see here are just my non-NDA projects. Beyond these, I've worked with freelance clients from the US to Australia, and partnered with global companies on plenty of confidential work behind the scenes. Want to know more about my experience or chat about a project? I'd love to hear from you
